It is not just a question , it is a very essential part of our life to be healthy.Aswith healthy mind and body one can live his/her life to the fullest.

So how, one can live a healthy a life .
Health is divided into two sections - mental health and bodily Health.

For healthy mind- one should think positive and be happy and give your mind proper rest and mental peace and stability is important in achieving mental health.By doing meditation on regular basis one can stabilize their mind and always have faith in yourself , never lose confidence on yourself believing that good and bad times are part of life.Eat healthy ,have in fresh air ,try waking up early , use less gadgets, focus on your work, prioritize your works and doings,sleep for 6 hours a day , practice meditation daily for at least 15 minutes.

For body health - one should eat healthy and at proper time and in proper quantity ,always eat less than required .
Try eating less and eat more frequently in 2 to 3 hours and your calory intake should be According to type of activity you are doing in a day.Eat wholegrains green leafy vegetables , milk,curd and all healthy stuffs nuts , fruits.
Follow the pattern " Have breakfast like a king ,lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar." 
At night eat atleast 3 to 4 hours before sleeping so that after sleeping your stomach should also take rest rather than digesting as stomach is the brain of brain.
Never skip your breakfast and exercise of any type ( gym,yoga,sports, running, bodyweight) according to your choice. Be involved in more physical activity.
Sleep early and wake up early.
Within healthy body lies a healthy mind.
Have a quarterly health check-up of yourself.
Avoid fast food and outside foods,Try eating home made food.
Use good quality oil in your food.Eat less simple carbs food.

Avoid or lessen the use of sugar.
Keep your posture right always while sitting $ standing.
Use less gadgets,use stairs instead of lifts, walk more.
