Let's talk about the easy and best snack : ROASTED CHANA OR CHICKPEAS.

Chana is available in almost every part of the world.It can be used as a snack anytime ,anywhere.Just you have to put in your pocket.
I am not talking about the Chana cooked in oil or in which salt is added.I am talking about the roasted chana.
Now talking about the benefits of Chana there are tonnes of benefits -

It's a primary source of fiber. In a one cup serving of Chana there's about 44 grams of carbohydrates in which 15 grams is fiber.Thats why I called it a wonder snack as no other snack in one serving can give you 15 grams of fiber.Fiber helps in digestion and makes the digestion slow and efficient.It is good in bowel and gut related problems.
Protien in a serving is about 16 grams the protien and fiber is almost equal.Carb protien ratio is about 3:1 which is a fine in all the goals- Muscle building or fat loss it's all about the overall calorie intake perday according to your goals.
It is a low fat food contains about 4 gm in a cup serving which are poly and monosaturated fats.
It is a low calorie snack you can take half cup in morning and half in evening.You will achieve 60% fiber intake from this snack.
It is good snack for people with blood pressure related problems as it does not spike the insulin ,it doesn't increase your blood sugar level.
