The Question is among the most common ones "fat to fit in a month"

For an ordinary guy to be fat to fit is possible only by home workout and proper diet plan. I will not talk about the heavy words which are not understandable by the commoners but in simple words and things which can be understood and followed by a person with no knowledge of fitness also.

Firstly we have to understand that we have to loose fat in a month that means a bigger goal firstly you should be mentally prepared and don't go for complex study about this , this will make u demoralized .

I will tell u in simple words what u should do
 Firstly calculate your BMR index by any mobile application and multiply it with 1.3 then u will get the daily calories you should take .
U should do grocery shopping because if u will invest on what to eat then for sake of money u will be more focused on ur goal

After calculation of calories u should make ur food plan and the point to be noted is that u should eat something in every three hours so that ur body should not be in starvation mode or hunger mode it is bad for ur health and if u will eat in every three hours u will eat less comparable to normal but what to eat should be most important and how much u should invest ur one day on making diet plan according to ur calories intake. The daily food should comprise of 50% of protien 20% fat and 30%carbohydrates the more healthier carbohydrates are complex ones I will provide u with all the charts related to this after preparing ur daily diet plan then comes to exercise which must be not less than 1 hour a day some exercises u must include are
1) Running
2) Cycling
3) Push-ups
4) Planks
5)Squats
6)Situps etc
The exercises should be done in one row with a rest of 1 or 1.30 minutes
The more u sweat the more u will loose fat .


Now coming on the fact that what is ideal weight to be loose per week it is about 2 to 3 pounds per week and for person having more fat can go up to 5 to 6 pounds a week .

This is to be remembered that exercises and diet are equally important there is a myth that 70 % diet and only 30% exercise is important. For loosing fat the calories intake should be less and calories burn should be more.
