Is desi ghee healthy or unhealthy

Desi ghee! 

When we talk about Desi ghee also called clarified butter we mainly talk about fats.
Desi ghee is largely consumed in India in almost every place.

But the question is- IS DESI GHEE HEALTHY OR UNHEALTHY . 
So let's talk about it Desi ghee contains saturated fat. In a one spoon there is about 13 gm saturated fat.
So basically we have to understand is saturated fat healthy or not.

Saturated fats are not healthy at all on a daily basis of fat consumed only 15% of the fat consumed should be saturated other should be unsaturated fat.
Saturated fat are unhealthy they increases bad cholesterol, whereas unsaturated fat is healthy and increases good cholesterol. 
Saturated fats if consumed only 15% of the total fats daily then it is good for health as it boosts the testosterone levels in men but more than this can cause many problems of heart in future.So just for taste don't consume too much of saturated fats. 
If Desi ghee is consumed daily then other saturated fat sources like milk,other diary product, whole egg, wholechicken, refinedoil consumption should not be there as they also contain saturated at which combingly will increase the total saturated fat consumed daily which is definitely bad for health and unavoidable. 



Fitness freaks and others who follow healthy lifestyle should avoid consuming ghee . Once or twice a week is enough.

Consume healthier fats which come from nuts,fatty acids fish etc which are unsaturated fats.
I will suggest you to consume two whole eggs instead of Desi ghee for saturated fats.
